2004-01-20 - 4:07 a.m. Inspired by the calm peace of frontier life in 1883, we deemed a majority of our possessions "boring" and/or "dumb", and have been throwing things out for the past couple of hours. We've stumbled across an array of old unpaid bills in the process, which inspired me to hop online to look for easy fundraisers. Because let's face it, working doesn't earn money. I need a quick-fix. Unfortunately all that Google and Jeeves had for me involved selling products which I would first need to purchase. I signed up for the Publishers Clearinghouse sweepstakes, which feels like a step in the right direction! But I'm running out of motivation...the internet is surprisingly draining when actively searching for specific information. I don't usually look things up online. It's kind of fun in a stressful way. Maybe a big bake sale. Perhaps if I start massaging people under the table (monetarily speaking). There are funds I could be earning that the state's fees are preventing. I wish I was more of a charity case. There's nothing pathetic enough about me to inspire generous donations from strangers. Though I am clumsy and unskilled in the kitchen...? Why am I still awake?!
