Jeremy had to wake me at 3:30 this afternoon because apparently 13 hours isn't enough sleep for me to wake up on my own. It's like lunchtime right now. Terrifyingly enough, if I went to bed right now, I'd probably fall asleep!

We went to Saco to see "Something's Gotta Give" for free Saturday night. We ate at this random little diner-type restaurant beforehand called The Golden Rooster. And it was like another dimension! There were three other patrons dining, and they all had the thickest, most real-sounding Maine accents I've ever experienced. And they talked about trucks! And work! And they expressed excitement (be it mild, but still notable) about how that evening they got their bowls of soup for cup-of-soup prices! We silently drank in their magnificence over meat loaf and pickled beets. At the end of the night we agreed that we've never had a more enjoyable Saco night. The movie was interesting. Not necessarily laugh-out-loud funny (unless you're post-menopausal), but cute. Cute and weird. It was about 20 minutes too long, but I liked it.
