I've graduated from massage school! I am a massage therapist and a polarity practitioner! I can burn every item of white clothing I own if I so choose! I have never finished anything ever! And I'm scared shitless of not succeeding!
I'm not THAT scared anymore. I took the issues to a polarity session and got cleared. But I need an office, which is money above and beyond my other rent, bills and loan payments. Which means I need clients to earn the money to pay these bills. Which means people need to like my work better than other people's work. Which I'm not 100% sure about. I know I'm good, but am I $50/hr good? I guess the only way to find out is to throw myself out there and potentially fail. Fun!
So it's Halloween. I'm attempting to look like a field hockey player this year, but not looking like an athlete doesn't really "sell" the outfit. Not to mention not having a field hockey stick. I'm relying heavily on a plaid skirt and a white sleeveless(very "athletic") top. And knee-high socks. Tomorrow I get to drive to Boston...the worst city in the United States to ever have to drive in...for a bachelorette party. Not only will I be in the middle of confusing, crazy streets, but I'll be traveling in the heart of rush hour, so I'm assured bumper-to-bumper traffic with lots of cursing in my general direction. I will be rewarded, however, with a real life mostly-naked dancing man! I've never been to a bachelorette party with men-for-hire. I just know I'm going to hide in the corner as soon as those luscious buns shake in my general direction. Jeremy's quivering ass is one thing...entirely non-threatening...but with big buff strangers it's another story. I only kind of know the other ladies who'll be there. It'll be fun I imagine. With enough liquor, any awkward situation can be fun! I'll be spending the night there, which means another night without Jeremy. And it's not all that bad really! I slept awkwardly the night he went to the bachelor party, so I had very little "awake" time while he was gone. But it was fine.
So, anyone need a massage?
