Why does this seem like a good idea??!?
A friend of mine (for anonymity's sake, we'll call her "Plemily") just yesterday informed me that she kept an online journal. And it sounded cool.
It's not like I've ever successfully kept a BOOK of diary...so why I think an online diary, one where people can judge and mock my mind-numbingly dull lifestyle, is a good idea? Couldn't tell you. But I'm having fun so far.
Assuming someone will read this at some point, I'm "Fannie". I like adjectives and fragments, so expect a lot of both in any entry I type.
I burned my arm at work last week trying to steam undergarments. (until I receive my licensure for massage therapy next month, my job is to stock and replenish undergarments for Victoria's Secret) For the first few days it looked somewhat like a bruise or a concentrated hickey. Two nights ago it itched. So I scratched. And what was a small, painless discoloration turned into a pink, painful, oozy chunk of new skin. I put a bandage on it.
